DAY 1 - COWRA

while you are visiting the Peace Bell – it is just across

Snooze before dinner

DAY 2 
 
Morning -     
Stroll around the 
Town of Cowra.   
                  
Use your VIP Vouchers to take advantage of special deals  
                   
from some Cowra Businesses. 
                   
Visit the Cowra Fun (War, Rail and Rural) Museum –  
                   
one of the largest private collections in the State; 
 
                  
This is definitely a must see.  Allow 
at least an hour, possibly 2. 
   
                  
Then you could drive out to Wyangala Dam for a picnic. 
 OR 
Explore 
Canowindra – just a brief 20 minute drive away and visit the Age of Fishes 
Museum, The Trading Post,  taste 
Canowindra, the Bakery, Toms Waterhole Winery, Wallington’s Straw Bale Winery, 
Falls Wines, The Old Vic Inn, The Riverbank Art Gallery etc, etc. 
If 
there wasn’t enough time to do just these few things, then we encourage you to 
return, for there is much much more to see and do here in Cowra. 
Of 
course, you could just come back and chill out on the verandahs and sip wine 
....... 
Remember, we are the only Pet friendly accommodation in Cowra (or the whole 
district for that matter)  so bring your treasured friend with you and give 
him a treat as well..
