Tai-Chi: Held every Tuesday at River Park from 7:30am – 8:30am. Free entry

Cowra Art Group: - Textile artists who work on their individual creative pieces, such as needlework, crochet, knitting from 10am – 2pm. Whenever possible workshops and demonstrations are arranged to learn new techniques otherwise members encourage one another in a variety of crafts.

Mainly Music Group: For mothers and their under school age children. The group activities are designed to enhance developmental skills in young children and encourage parents to have quality play time with their children.
