ONE OR TWO ROOMS BOOKINGS

Cancellations made within 7 days of booking arrival date
incur a 100% cancellation fee.

Cancellations made with more than 7 days notice
incur an administration fee of 35% of the total booking fee.

We encourage our customers to purchase travel insurance
to cover any unforeseen circumstances.

GROUP BOOKINGS THREE OR MORE ROOMS

A non-refundable 20% deposit is required to hold the rooms.

Cancellations made within 7 days of booking arrival date
incur a 100% cancellation fee.
