CANCELLATION POLICY

ONE OR TWO ROOMS BOOKINGS

Cancellations made within 7 days of booking arrival date incur a “first night” cancellation fee.

GROUP BOOKINGS THREE OR MORE ROOMS

For Group Bookings of 3 or more rooms and/or 3 or more nights:

Cancellations made within 7 days, you will be charged the full amount of your booking;

Cancellations made between 8 - 14 days notice incurs a “first night” cancellation fee per room booked.

We encourage our customers to purchase travel insurance to cover any unforeseen circumstances.
